The Customer:
Stratstone BMW is a well-established luxury car retailer with a national service that offers customers new and used cars from some of the top manufacturers such as Aston Martin, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar and BMW.
The retailer has a dealership showroom based on Silverlink Park in Wallsend, which required our floor cleaning services.
The Issue:
The Wallsend site required floor cleaning services for the front-of-house, back offices and staff areas. Providing a clean and comfortable environment for staff members was a priority, as was giving a great first impression to customers visiting the showroom.
The Solution:
Starting in the front-of-house area, we deep cleaned the tiles inside the room and provided a detailing service, removing any dirt and debris from the grout and giving the showroom an inviting and clean appearance.
We then began deep cleaning the floor in the staff canteen which was showing signs of wear due to the oil and grease being brought in from the car garage. We also completed carpet cleaning in the office areas.
Finally, to ensure that the car garage was in top condition for servicing luxury vehicles, we deep cleaned the floor – removing any oil and grease residue so that the floor was not only more aesthetically pleasing but was also safer for staff.
The Results:
By providing these vital floor cleaning services, we ensured that the staff and customers at Stratstone BMW felt comfortable in a clean and welcoming car showroom.
