The Customer:
The Wingrove Motor Group is a modern city centre dealership with over 90 years of history dealing in new and second-hand affordable cars and offering the latest models on the market.
The Issue:
While the in-house cleaning team manages the cleanliness of the dealership day to day, the constant foot traffic and the crossover of technicians from the attached workshop areas meant that the showroom quickly became contaminated with dirt and debris. The high-traffic and customer-focused areas succumbed worse to this and Wingrove Motor Group got in touch with our team to remedy the issue.
After a test clean to ensure that the products were suitable for the floors and carpets, we were granted access to the main showroom, service section, reception, customer waiting area and the private sales consulting booths to provide a deep clean across the premises and guarantee a refreshed, vibrant space for employees and customers alike.
The Solution:
Our team was mobilised during out-of-office hours so as not to disrupt the day-to-day business of the dealership and ensure that when the dealership opened the floor would be dry and safe for all visitors.
For our deep cleaning process, we began by cleaning the porcelain and profiled ceramic tiling before moving to the carpeted areas of the customer sections, including a focused treatment to remove any oil spots and stains.
A combination method was used, this included the use of a powerful hot water, truck mounted dispenser and the carpets were treated with a stain shield so the in-house cleaning team could easily remove any future spots or stains.
The Results:
The floors and carpets inside The Wingrove Motor Group were transformed and the appearance turned into a clean, bright, and safe environment for customers and staff. The full clean definitely provided the WOW factor when the doors opened the following morning.
The management team were so impressed with our service they invited us to survey more dealerships within the brand to provide services to their space in the future.
